Follow these simple steps to get started!

Tie your jute in a loop on one end. On the doubled over side of your loop string on your bead. Slide the bead up close to the knot and then slide the jute loop into your ornament.

Wrap the doubled over end over your knot and bead but before pulling tight slide your ribbon into the loop your ornament runs through then pull the jute tight and slide the bead down to secure ribbon in place.

I like to trim my ribbon ends by folding the ribbon in half lengthwise and cutting from the edge to the center on a diagonal.

Having trouble getting the bead on? Use a paperclip or wire to pull your Jute thru the hole in the bead.

Swap the Jute for a piece of ribbon

Wired edge ribbon holds up better for bigger bows.

Want to add “extra”? Use 2 pieces of coordinating ribbon.
