General Booking Information

Reservations are recommended as early as possible to confirm specific departures.
Cancellations and refunds: Full refund on cancellations made two weeks prior to departure. Within two weeks, 30% charge. No refunds on cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
Due to weather, cancellations may be necessary. In this case, Kenai Fjords Tours is liable only for the funds paid to them. If weather or sea conditions allow cruising only in Resurrection Bay, Kenai Fjords Tours may modify a National Park or Northwestern Fjord Tour and will refund $30 per full fare adult and $20 per full fare child.
